Privacy policy

Woof Services builds and hosts Discord bots. This page explains what this website stores and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, name and profile picture from the sign-in method you choose (Google, Discord, or an email code). For Discord we also store your Discord user ID and username.
• Requests: the details you enter when opening a ticket — your name, contact email, server invite link, chosen plan/add-ons and preferred payment method — and the messages in your tickets.
• Security: sign-in sessions (stored as one-way hashes), IP addresses on sign-in and basic activity logs, used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

How we use it

Only to provide your bot, reply to your tickets, send you sign-in codes and ticket notifications, and keep the service secure. We don't sell or share your data, and your contact email is never shown publicly.

Emails

We send sign-in codes and, if you opt in, an email whenever we reply to your ticket. Emails are delivered by our email provider.

Your choices

You can sign out of all devices from your account page. To have your account and tickets deleted, ask in a ticket and we'll remove them.

Cookies

We use one essential, secure cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived cookie during Google/Discord sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
