Terms of service

By using Woof Services you agree to these terms.

The service

We build, configure and host Discord bots. The free bot includes the features listed on our home page. Custom bots and add-ons are agreed in your ticket before any work or payment.

Payments

There are no payments on this website. Prices shown are in USD. Payment is arranged directly with you in your ticket using the method you chose. Monthly add-ons continue until you cancel in a ticket.

Fair use

Bots must be used in line with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may refuse or stop service for servers used for abuse, spam or illegal activity. One new request per account every 48 hours.

Availability

We aim to keep bots online 24/7 and they recover automatically, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts

Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
